Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards of conduct required from all users of PDF Converter Lab. Our tools are designed to facilitate productive, creative, and professional document management. Abuse of our infrastructure harms all users and will result in immediate termination of service.

You may not process, upload, generate, or distribute documents that contain: - Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors (reported immediately to NCMEC); - Malware, trojan horses, worms, keyloggers, or payload droppers; - Phishing lures, fraudulent invoices, or social engineering materials; - Stolen intellectual property, trade secrets, or copyrighted works without authorization; - Automated scripts executing volumetric DDoS or credential stuffing against our API.

While our Pro and Business tiers provide generous high-volume limits, all usage must represent human or authorized automated workflow. We reserve the right to throttle accounts that consume disproportionate computational bandwidth exceeding 10x standard cohort averages.

We employ automated anomaly heuristics and cryptographic hash checks against known malware repositories. If you identify abuse originating from our platform, report it immediately to [email protected] with relevant headers and evidence.
