AI Usage & Document Intelligence Policy

PDF Converter Lab offers cutting-edge AI features, including AI PDF Summarizer, Contract Risk Assessment, and Interactive Document Chat. These capabilities are powered server-side through dedicated Google Gemini 3.8 Flash endpoints.

Your documents, prompt text, extracted tables, and generated summaries are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning foundation models. Under our enterprise service agreements with Google Cloud, customer inputs and outputs are strictly confidential.

When you click "Summarize" or ask a question: (1) Your document text is parsed in encrypted volatile memory; (2) Relevant excerpts are passed via TLS 1.3 to our private Gemini API instance; (3) The generated response streams back to your browser; (4) The prompt context and tokens are immediately discarded from server RAM.

AI document analysis is 100% voluntary and opt-in. If you choose not to use AI tools, your documents are never exposed to any natural language processing models. Traditional tools (Compress, Merge, Split, Sign, Encrypt) operate purely with standard deterministic algorithmic engines.
