Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the PDF Converter Lab website, desktop clients, or developer APIs (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind said entity to these terms.

You may use the Service solely for lawful document processing purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable national and international legislation. You agree that you will not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our proprietary client or server engines; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or billing paywalls; (c) upload files containing malicious software, automated exploits, or ransomware; or (d) use the Service to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.

You retain 100% full, unencumbered ownership of all intellectual property, text, graphics, and proprietary data contained within files uploaded to the Service. PDF Converter Lab claims no copyright, title, or interest in your documents. You grant us only the limited, temporary license strictly necessary to perform the requested document conversions, modifications, or AI briefings, after which the files are purged.

Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual recurring cycle. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard with immediate effect for subsequent billing intervals.

We stand behind our product quality with a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial subscriptions. If you are dissatisfied with our service, contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Converter Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered in San Francisco, California.
